Wedding Details, Faux Flower Couture!

Eiffel Tower with Gradient Pink Roses

The dress form is SO ADORABLE!!!!!! Margaret glued the leaves from our flowers all over then added a skirt made of Hydrangea leaves, fake of course!!

Dress Success

I GOT MY DREAM DRESS!!! I'm impatiently waiting it's arrival. I am so tempted to post a full picture of it but I'm resisting in case Scott happens to stumble upon the pictures. Anywho it 's from Alvina Valenta's Couture Collection. I bought it used on www.preownedweddingdresses.com and got an awesome deal. It is AMAZING and 100% duchess silk satin. AHH I can't wait! I'm caving!!! Here is a hint:

Lemonheads

OK, I LOVE THESE COLORS!!!!
they're so fun and flirty!! I'm for sure using some sort of turquoise, pink, ivory, and white. Maybe I'll have to work some yellow in!!!! BTW, good choice on the lemonheads!!

A Great Gatsby of a Wedding

I know these pictures of Ginny & Ed's Great Gatsby inspired wedding have been ALL over the blogoshere lately but for those of you who haven't seen this, your welcome! The elements of this wedding is so original and I LOVE THE FLOWERS!! Everything is very muted and delicate which I love...so adorable!! Josh Goleman did a fabulous job on the photography.
